Return & Exchange Policy

At Babur Rayyan Scents, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Babur Rayyan Scents gladly accepts returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
• Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining in the bottle.
• All return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the item.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged products.
• Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of exchange orders.
• Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are non-refundable, as they are exclusively meant for fragrance testing purposes.
• Orders valued at Rs. 10,000 or above are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
• Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or greater value.
• In cases of damage, leakage, or wrong product delivery, Babur Rayyan Scents will cover the delivery charges.
