How can I place my order?
You can easily add your favorite perfumes to the cart on our website, contact us on Facebook, or message us directly on WhatsApp. Simply provide your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address, and one of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order promptly.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll gladly assist with any changes. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit payment options for your convenience.
How can I sample a new fragrance before purchasing online?
Every Babur Rayyan Scents order includes one complimentary tester of your choice — the perfect way to explore a new scent. You can also choose from our exclusive Tester Sets to experience multiple fragrances from the comfort of your home.
Can I get a discount?
Discounts are not applicable on the first order. However, with your first purchase, you’ll receive an exclusive discount code that can be used for future orders.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, Babur Rayyan Scents delivers only within Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
Our standard delivery fee is Rs. 200. Enjoy free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,600.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order using your tracking ID on Trax.pk or PostEx.pk. The tracking details are sent via SMS when your order is shipped.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery Timings:
• Karachi: 2–3 working days
• Outside Karachi: 3–5 working days
